'Different Realities'

October 10, 2021

“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”

― Albert Einstein

We asked creative writers to think about the concept of different realities and how this affects their writing. The result? A volume filled with poetry and prose, each inviting you to a different reality of their own that will captivate and make you turn page after page. So, make sure you get comfortable, get a cup or a glass of your favourite and enjoy this reality-questioning journey.

Our very first edition is out!

We want to extend our gratitude to all the writers who put their trust in us in such an early stage of our development and wanted to become a part of our history as we publish Writeresque's first issue. We were so pleasantly surprised and so moved by the number of submissions and interest we have had in the past two months. It has been a great start for us and we have you, our writers and future readers, to thank for that. So again, sincerely, we Thank you.

Free Speech Human Rights

A magazine that celebrates the bravery of being different, what Writeresque stands for is individuality. We are looking for writers who are not scared to explore and break the rules of writing - when it comes to creative writing, we don't believe in rules!

We publish poetry and prose from writers who are rebels in their texts as well as in their everyday and are not afraid to speak their mind; who are themselves because that's who they are.

That's who we are. We are odd. We steer clear of conventional. We are true.

We Are Writeresque.
