In this hectic world we live in, things are bound to get to us sooner or later. When they do, we all have our own ways of dealing with them: some go for a run, others watch a funny video or have a chat with a friend over a drink. But have you ever tried creative writing as a therapy when you are feeling down?
Just pick up a pen or open your laptop and write down the first few things that come to mind. Then use them as temporary anchors around which to create a story or a poem, or anything else in between. Let your feelings and imagination lead you through your text; let them tell you a story to write.
